Please read these terms carefully before using Metarly.

Advisory only — not for navigation

• Metarly provides aviation weather for situational awareness only. It is NOT a certified navigation or flight-planning tool and must NOT be used as a sole source for any flight-critical decision.
• Always obtain an official weather briefing and verify all information with authoritative sources before flight. As pilot in command, you are solely responsible for the safe conduct of every flight.
• Weather and aeronautical data may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Radar and similar products are not real-time.

Subscriptions

• Metarly Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered at $0.99 per month, starting with a 3-day free trial (where eligible).
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at the end of the free trial or at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

No warranty

• Metarly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metarly and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app or its data.

Changes

• We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
